Cool! Tblog has revamped its site entirely!!! Woohoo! Laughing I love the new editors ranging from template editors (which are now accessible for not just pro tblog users) to the new blog editor from which there are 3 modes to choose from... cool! Smile.

However, there is one big con though.... there are too few smilies to choose from -.-!

Anyway, a recent topic going on in Singapore is what we think of Operation Northen Star (which is our very own live terrorist emergency drill), is it realistic enough? Does it really prepare Singaporeans for real terror attacks? I think it's a big no for my own perspective. Just my two cents worth though... :)

I cut my hair, back to my armani hairstyle, but i got to seriously get my face downsized *g* haha, a friend once said if the rest of my body gets smaller, my body would be just nice ;P Guess its time to exercise more, eat less carbohydrates (does this eating less carbohydrates thingy work???).

I've been feeling depressed again over some issues but i choose to remain happy :D For the joy of the Lord is my strength, and all the cows say amen~! Moooo....

Chinese New Year is coming and i'm looking forward to the grand harvest, haha.

Honestly, i do not want anything much but I just want to be loved, that's simple as it is. Will i find the someone? Haha, only Pa knows ;p

Sheesh! I've got to stop scratching so much too, haha...

Talk about explosives...

01.11.06 (9:40 pm)   [edit]
(6 May 2004, Ukraine) Piling up live artillery ammunition is hard, grueling work, so it makes perfect sense that a group of soldiers would take a smoking break at lunchtime. The warehouse in southern Ukraine was filled with 92,000 tons of ammunition--until the soldiers lit up their cigarettes and inhaled deeply, ignoring warnings that smoking can cause cancer. They flicked the butts away and went back to work. The hot tobacco acted like a slow fuse, which started a small fire, which nobody noticed until a chain reaction of massive explosions began.

The explosions lasted for a week, tossing debris as far as 25 miles away, destroying buildings in a two-mile radius, and forcing the evacuation of thousands of nearby residents. Red-hot shrapnel set off additional fires in nearby towns and ruptured a minor gas pipeline. Total damage from the smoke break was estimated at $750 million.

Miraculously, only one of the soldiers at the arsenal died in the disaster. Six soldiers were charged with "grossly neglecting the fire safety rules and smoking on the ammunition site."

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe

01.07.06 (11:11 pm)   [edit]
I watched this movie for the 2nd time today with Buddy. Basically, it's a Christian-themed show with references to Christ mainly through the Lion named Aslan.

4 British children in the midst of the 2nd World War are sent by train to stay at a Professor's house for their safety and the youngest child-- Lucy, stumbles upon a wardrobe in the house and upon entering it, enters into the land of Narnia, a mystical world having had an eternal winter and talking beasts. She meets and befriends a Fawn named Mr Tunmus who betrays her trust by reporting her to the Queen of Narnia-- the Witch named Jaidus (pardon me if i got the spellings wrong) but in the end asks her to go back home after feeling he had done Lucy big wrong.

Gradually, Lucy's other 3 siblings-- Peter, Edmund and Susan too stumble into the world of Narnia which fulfilled a prophecy that when 2 sons of Adam and 2 daughters of Eve appear in Narnia, the Witch would be defeated and the eternal winter would end, bringing freedom to the oppressed inhabitants of Narnia.

Later on, a great battle is held between the forces of good and the forces of evil to determine the fate of Narnia.

4 stars for this movie. :)
